Founded in 2018, our AI-powered three pillar platform considers the full Product Journey from the product picking at the suppliers (24 hours before arrival to the store), and on to the moment they exit in the consumer’s shopping basket. We are proud to declare our solution is 100% in-house developed! Our team operates with an innovative approach grounded in real-world experience and based on real customers’ feedback. Every challenge and problem identified results in a Taylor-made solution to support retailers with data-based decision making, streamline in-store operations, and maximize profitability in a rapid changing market.

Ariel Hubara
Co-Founder & CEO
Ariel started his career as a bookkeeper and worked his way up to managing position within ERP entities and various leading retail companies, resulting great expertise in organizational information systems, big data, supporting logistics management processes, maintenance, finance, employee training, and sustainable growth.
Josh Shechter
Co-Founder & CTO
With more than 25 years of experience in software and hardware, Josh is Algoretail’s tech expert. A Technion (Israel Institute of Technology) graduate, Josh built and founded several successful tech companies including Storenext (co-founder) which was later sold to Retalix.
Avinoam Bloch
Advisory Board
Avinoam is a Mathematics and Computer Science graduate with over 25 years of experience in retail. He also formed Retalix and served as Retalix’s COO, and US Delivery & Global support manager at NCR. These days he helps and mentors Israeli Retail-Tech startup companies.
Yoni Sutzen
Advisory Board
BSc in Industrial Engineering (Technion), and head of Sales for EMEA and APAC at Retalix and NCR Yoni was part of the team that made Retalix the leading POS software solution house for Tier 1 international grocers like Tesco, Carrefour, Shoprite, Woolworths and Petrochina.
