Algoretail is a startup company within the food retail sector which was bootstrap for its first 3 years until completing a successful seed round.
Founded in 2018, Algoretail specializes in providing technological solutions for complex logistics processes in both large and small food chains.
Our technological solution is used by some of the largest food chains in Israel, and soon to be used by global brands in Europe and other countries.
We are now looking for a senior developer with team management skills to lead and manage our development team.

Responsibilities:
- Team management of 3-4 developers.
- Management of tasks and sprints in projects and on an on-going basis while professionally mentoring and accompanying the developers.
- Responsibility for providing time estimates and meeting schedule’s needs.
- Maintain and establish team working methods and processes.
- Embed new technologies when needed.
- Be the developers’ direct manager - Empower and inspire professionalism and quality code, encourage new initiatives.
- Hands On development with the team and reports to the VP R&D.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of development experience.
- At least 1 years of development leadership.
- At least 2 years of FULLSTACK development experience.
- Full command of development languages and technologies: MySQL server, ReactJS, NodeJS.
- Knowledge of application development - an advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure management (AZURE) - an advantage.
- Experience in Big data technologies - an advantage.
