We are now looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager (TCSM) to join our growing CS team.

As a TCSM, you’ll ensure the ongoing success and development of your customers portfolio. You will proactively engage your customers to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and ensure that they are getting value from Algoretail’s services.

Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with our clients end-to-end.
- Own onboarding, product training, gathering product feature requests, ensuring optimal product usage, and introducing new features.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure customers’ business needs are met.
- Have recurring meetings with customers to understand their needs and ensure full customer satisfaction.
- Support renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
- Leverage product knowledge to improve customers engagement and feature adoption.
- Perform minor QA tests to reproduce production issues.
Requirements:
- Retail experience of familiarity with technology for retail and FMCG – big advantage.
- Customer-focused orientation with a passion for excellent service delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong team player with a technical background/understanding.
- Ability to work under high pressure and flexibility for working off hours.
- Self-driven, quick learner with a strong sense of ownership and an eye for details.
- Fluent in English – a must.
